Our Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from My Homi. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on final sale items or personalized products.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
