**Orders & Payments** - All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. - We accept major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and other secure payment methods. - Prices are in USD and do not include shipping or taxes (where applicable).

**Shipping & Delivery** - We ship from multiple warehouses. Delivery times are estimates only (usually 7-14 business days). - We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

**Returns & Refunds** - Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. - Items must be unused and in original packaging. - Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

**Limitation of Liability** My Homi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
